New Year…Crushing Goals!
I found something that is working! And with being held accountable by my coach Rachel with her weekly calls, I can stay on track with my transformation project. Unfortunately, I let myself go towards the middle of 2020 so when I saw Rachel’s post on Facebook about the Optimal health program, I immediately signed up.
I began the program on September 23 and by the end of January I lost 31 pounds. I’m going to get to my healthy BMI weight with a loss of 13 more pounds. I slipped up in December and made some not-so-healthy food choices; however, I didn’t overeat so I continued losing a little weight each week. I noticed I became tired again and needed daily naps and was in a bad mood – probably because I didn’t keep my promise to myself.
So now I’m back on target and will keep this promise to myself to maintain a healthy BMI weight. Just 13 more pounds to go! Then I’ll need to set new goals!!
